Betty June Etchison Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty June Etchison of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Welch and Dora Welch (Devore); her husband Albert Etchison; her son Alan Etchison; and her siblings, Walter, Freda, George, Charles, Ruth and John.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Perry of Mattoon, IL and Karen Bowen (David) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Heather Gonzales (Hector), Christina Reynolds (J. L.), Josh Bowen, Jayson Etchison (Ashton), Kaitlin Perry, Sarah Watts (Chris) and Matthew Etchison (Elena); and her daughter-in-law Melissa Etchison. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
