He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldo Paul Sr. and Virginia "Virgie" Leona Ealy (Montgomery); his siblings, Monty Chris Ealy, Vicky East and Virginia Ealy (Denise); his siblings-in-law, Richard Plummer, John East, Mike Mays and Mary Ealy; and his nephews, George Kremer and Brennan Ealy.
He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Ealy of Mattoon, IL; and his siblings, Eldo "Butch" Ealy (Judy) of Mattoon, IL, Edward David Ealy of Federal Way, WA, Carol Gavis (Bob) of Port Orange, FL, Glenda Plummer of Mattoon, IL, Gay Kremer of Casey, IL and Traci Bartges (Tom) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to the American Heart Association or Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
