She is survived by: her husband Brad A. Kelley; her children, Chris Dow (Rachel), Jimmy Knox and Patricia Kelley; her grandchildren, Gracie Dow and Gannon Dow; her siblings, Mike Dow and Shawn Dow; her sisters-in-law, Lori Kelley Yousif (Paul) and Joy Kelley; her nieces and nephews, Kambri Hinds (Curt), Hannah Dow (Heather Tarter), Nickolas Dow, Anna Yousif, Sarah Yousif, Kirsten Kelley Primozic (Matt) and Colin Kelley; her close friend Peggy Dow; and her pet Bowser.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
