He is survived by: his wife Laura Nottingham; his children, David R. Nottingham (Cindy) and Lynn A. Nottingham (Curtis Donahue); his stepson Thomas Kingery; his sisters, Jackie Veach, Sandy Nottingham, Marsha Nottingham and Tina Lagermasini (Joe); and his grandchildren, Olivia and Lindsay Kingery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
