He is survived by: his sons, Scott David Rhine (Marla), Christopher Joseph Rhine (Michelle) and Jonathan Matthew Rhine (Amy); his grandchildren, Lydia Smith (Cody), Alexander Rhine (Kiera), Chandler Rhine, Marina Rhine, Sophia Rhine and Melody Rhine; his great grandchildren, Greyson Smith and Elsie Smith; and his brother Earl Ross Rhine.
