She was predeceased by: her parents, Clodine Puckett and Thomas Puckett; her siblings, Lloyd Puckett and Mary Meeker; her brother-in-law Danny Meeker; and her half-brother Kenneth Puckett.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Kastl; her daughter Halie Kastl; her son-in-law Mitchell Stille; her son Michael Kastl; her siblings, Bill Puckett (Linda), Sharon Shook (Ron) and David Puckett (Donetta); her niece Anita Kotcher (Mike); her nephews, Scott Meeker and Rich Cinquepalmi; and her brothers-in-law, Ron Kastl (Shirley), Randy Kastl (Lori), David Kastl (Maureen) and Tim Kastl (Julie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Parish Hall (320 N 21st St, Mattoon, IL 61938). Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (320 N 21st St, Mattoon, IL 61938).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity.
