He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Janes and Cleta Flo Janes (Brown); and his son-in-law Dale Hildebrand. He is survived by: his children, Don Janes of Charleston, IL, Evelyn Hildebrand of Charleston, IL, Ruth Fuqua (Bill) of Mattoon, IL, Carolyn Wilson (Denny) of Mattoon, IL, Harlan Janes (Brenda) of Mattoon, IL and Martha Waggle (Ed) of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and ten and counting great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Zoar Primitive Baptist Church.
