He is survived by: his wife Carol Mayhall of Mattoon, Illinois; his children, Terry Andres of Mattoon, Illinois and Michael Bartlett (Dawn) of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Jason Himes (Stacey), Sylena Rhoads-Cash (Mike), Jamey Himes (Katie), Megan Cooke (Jason), Cameron Bartlett and Jordan Beck; his siblings, John Bartlett (Darlene), Chuck Bartlett (Carolyn), Rose Dobler (Tom) and Sherry Miranda (Johann); and his sister-in-law Sheri Coen (David). He is also survived by 10 great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
