He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lindley; his children, Jerry Alan Lindley (Rosalie) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Deanna Lindley Lapeyrouse; his grandchildren, Levi Braden (Allie) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Lauren Arter (Chris) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Joe Lindley of Gulf Breeze, FL, Artem Lindley of Gulf Breeze, FL, Jack Lapeyrouse of Mattoon, IL and Mya Lapeyrouse of Mattoon, IL; his great grandchild Laurel Isabella Arter; and his siblings, Rex Lindley (Karen), Dan Lindley and Karla Lindley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
