She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Hutton and Geraldine Hutton (Guyette); and her siblings, Norma Schnell and Charlie Walters. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Ayers of Mattoon, IL; her son Corde Ayers (Gloria) of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Carisa Ayers of Collinsville, IL and Gaven Ayers of Mattoon, IL; and her brother Al Walters (Kay) of Mattoon, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the First Southern Baptist Church in Mattoon.
