He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Richard Hill and Vivian Hill (Wolf); and his son Shawn Hill. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Hoots; his stepchildren, Shane Moutray of Mattoon, IL and Shelly Moutray of Mattoon, IL; his grandchildren, Bryan, Ashley, Jesse, Alan (Sydney), Joshua and Charles; and his great grandchildren, Esmerelda, Emelina and Lucian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in his honor may be given to Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
