He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" H. Dittamore and Jane Dittamore (Jones); his wife Dana Barnes; and his brother Joseph "Joey" Dittamore. He is survived by: his brother Jeff Dittamore (Chie); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Emerson (Wade), Karl Dittamore, Jake Dittamore and Jaelynn Dittamore. He is also survived by many close friends, neighbors, and cousins.
