He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Fuller and Pauline Fuller (Welch); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Loretta Fuller of Mattoon, IL; his children, Lynn Riley (Lee) of Edgewood, NM and Anita Swearingen (Gregg) of Gays, IL; his daughter-in-law Janet Fuller; his grandchildren, Anissa Slater (Shaun) of Mahomet, IL, Shayne Fuller of Mattoon, IL, Colton Fuller of Mattoon, IL, Natalie Fuller of Mattoon, IL and Jenny Dye (Troy); and his sister Janet Thomas of Mattoon, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Schilling Funeral Home (1301 Charleston Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
