She is survived by: her husband Curtis Tate of Mattoon, IL; her daughters, Amy Tate of Mattoon, IL and Chelsea Tate of Mattoon, IL; her grandchildren, Shelby Farmer (Rhett) of Fort Mill, SC, Adam Sanders of Mattoon, IL, Aiden Tate of Mattoon, IL and Abigail Tate of Mattoon, IL; her great grandchildren, Valerie Farmer of Fort Mill, SC and Jayce Farmer of Fort Mill, SC; and her sisters, Debera Farrier and Tami Hopkins.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
