We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2024, at the age of 92, Lulu Belle Fosbinder in Mattoon, Illinois, born in Neoga, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Zimmer and Estella Zimmer; her husband Marvin Fosbinder; and her siblings, Llyod, Donald, Joe and Margaret.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her grandson Shane (Heidi); her great grandchild Brock; her niece Gitana; her great-niece Lindsey (Rory); and also Lily.
