She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. and Mary S. Hill; her son Roger; her husband Harold D. Dobbs; and her siblings, Carolyn Glasson, Pat Lindsey, Jane Owens and Frank Hill.
She is survived by: her children, David Dobbs (Shirley) and Lilly Haverstock (Robert); her daughter-in-law Janet Dobbs; her grandchildren, Stephanie Dobbs, Ross Haverstock, Amber Russell, Erica Jones and Keaton Dobbs; and her brothers, Robert Hill and James Hill. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
She served on the Neal Foundation committee and was very active in her church and was a strong role model to many.
