She is survived by: her husband Charles Taylor of Mattoon, IL; her children, Stephen Deneen Rotramel (Sandra Lee) of Quad Cities, IA, Stuart Leroy Rotramel (Tannya) of Charleston, IL, Charles Alan Rotramel (Janelle) of Tulare, CA, George Anthony Quinn Rotramel (Andrea) of Tuscola, IL and Angela Jeanine Weaver (Rob) of Bryan, OH; her stepsons, Jeffrey Smith Taylor of Arthur, IL, Ross Wade Taylor of Covington, KY and David William Taylor (Adrian) of Decatur, IL; her brother Charles Fleming Jr. of Pawnee, IL; and her sister-in-law June Fleming of Bryan, OH.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
