She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Starwalt and Murna Starwalt (Oakley); her husband Robert Mayhall; her son William Mayhall; and her siblings, Robert, Glenn, Leland, Ross, Paul, Ralph, Clema Starwalt, Katie Michlig, Roberta Conrad and Martha Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Mayhall Jr. (Darlene), Randy Mayhall (Karen), Tim Mayhall, Sandra Kirk and Candace Miller (Roger); and her siblings, Carl Starwalt, Harry Starwalt (Judy) and Gladys Burley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
