He was predeceased by: his parents, David Alchin and Glynora Alchin (Durbin); his son Michael Miller; and his brother Larry Boyken Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, David Miller (Tera) of Lisbon, Kevin Miller of Kankakee and Chandra Buchanan (Patrick) of Alliance; and his sister Deborah Cowger (Johnny) of Mattoon, Illinois.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
