We announce the death of Sandra Coykendall of Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 80. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Coykendall and Virginia Coykendall; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her siblings, Don Coykendall (Sandy), Wayne Coykendall (Jackie) and Cheryl Munds (Rick); her children, Laura Ann Duits (Dale) of Watseka, Illinois, Dreena Kay Kull (Mike) of Mattoon, Illinois and Allen Lee; her grandchildren, Justin (Casey), Nicole, Kyle (Tina), Timothy James, Trevor, Matalyne, Allison and Isaac; her boyfriend Harold Sirois; her boyfriend's child Aleshia Sirois-Harris; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Woodcock.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Camargo Cemetery (300 S White Oak St, Camargo, IL 61919).
The family would like memorial donations to be made to Odd Fellow with Activity Fund written in the memo to help support the place that took great care of Sandra.
