She was predeceased by: her father James Palmer; her husband Roger Spurgeon; and her siblings, Richard Palmer, Nancy Buckle and Juliana Pike.
She is survived by: her mother Hazel Pike (Heenan); her daughters, Jamie Kai (Brian) and Caitlin Schnell (Matthew); her grandchildren, Liam Kai, Eva Schnell, Aiden Kai, Clara Schnell and Otto Schnell; and her siblings, James Pike, Glenda Pike, Steven Pike (Marla), Roxanne Landolt (Michael), Paula Moore (Rick) and Glen Wesley Pike (Nicol). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
