Taylor; his children, John Preston (Felicia) of Sumner, IL and Katie Rigg Lerna (Robert); his nephew Matt Thomas of Mattoon, IL; his siblings, Kenny Kouns of Thorntown, IN, Ivan Kouns of New Market, IN, Carl Kouns of Indianapolis, IN and Tammy Kouns Frazier of Clinton, IN; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Jordan, Delainey, Cameron, Mikyla, Scarlet, Robert Jr., Hailie, Aedan and Sydney.
Memorials may be given to the Coles County Animal Shelter.
