He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Worthey (Cummins). He is survived by: his father Harold Worthey of Newton; his wife Cindy Worthey of Mattoon; his daughter Dana Adams (Gary) of Iola; his brother Ed Worthey of Newton; and his grandchildren, Jayde, Reese and Maya Adams.
