She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Ozburn and Mildred L. Ozburn (Wilson); and her sisters, Barbara J. Carlock and Mary E. Sarensen. She is survived by: her stepfather Albert; her stepchildren, John (Ann) of Mattoon, Michael of Dallas, TX, Ann Rylko (Mike) of Crystal Lake, IL and Mary "Moni" Sheehan (Mark) of Fairfield Glade, TN.; her nieces, Teri Lynn Schindel (Dennis) of Marinette, WI and Bobbi Kay Bernhardt (Mike) of Anderson, IN; her nephew Guy Roberts (Shannon) of Creal Springs, IL.; her grandchildren, Michael Leon, Sarah and Emily; her stepson Gary R. Roytek; her grandson Anthony V. Sheehan II; and her caregiver Emily Livingston.
