She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hadenfeldt and Nellie Hadenfeldt; her husband Frederick Hesse; her son Jerry Hesse of Mattoon; and her siblings, Myrl Hadenfeldt (Bob) of Shelton and Carol Hansen of Lincoln, Nebraska..
She is survived by: her children, Jim Hesse (Peggy) of Haymarket, Virginia, Jill Deitz (Bruce) of Crane Hill and Jeff Hesse of Mattoon; her sister Delores Williams of Shelton, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Todd Deitz (Bridget), Adam Deitz (Jennifer), Andrew Hesse (Pora), Ashley Bang (Chris), T. J. Hesse, Jerrod Hesse and Erin Hanley (Quentin); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Mason, Brindley, Connor, Riley, Layla and Lakelyn.
Memorial donations in her honor may be given to the St. John's Lutheran Church Ladies Aide.
