He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Carl and Sally Lucy Lowe. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lema (Tom) of Carmi, Illinois; and his sister Karen Samar of Tazewell, Virginia. He is also survived by his many friends and neighbors.
