He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Hoover and Bill Hoover; and his significant other Allie Mae Hoover. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Moyers (Don). He is also survived by five grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren.
Due to severe allergies of a family member, it is requested that no flowers be sent and that any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
