He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Swinda and Mabel Swinda. He is survived by: his spouse Lynann Mains; and his children, Robert Swinda (Jennifer) and Jacquelyn Diffenderfer (Darin). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two sisters.
