He is survived by: his wife Ronda; his son Jeff Kintzle (Kim); his grandchildren, Mike (Brooke), Stefanie Weeden (Mike) and Jack Kintzle (Kaleigh Chabra); his great grandchildren, Kyler, Kendra Kintzle and Everly Weeden; and his siblings, Dale, Dave, Jan, Ruth Ann, Kathy and Mark.
