It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann D. Pondelicek of McHenry, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Chrzanowski and Anna Chrzanowski; her son Joseph George Pondelicek III; and her siblings, Edward, Ruth and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Reed-Henney (John); her grandchildren, Christopher Joseph (Micky), Stephen Alan, Michael James Reed, Jennifer Lynn Hernandez (Hector), Amanda Lynn Hajek (Michael) and Joseph John Pondelicek (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Samantha Lynn Reed, Richard James, Benjamin Michael Hajek and LileJo Hope Hernandez.
