He was predeceased by: his wife Edith (Smaniotto); his brothers, Robert (Kathryn) and Harold Weiler; and his nephews, Michael and Kevin Weiler.
He is survived by: his daughter Julianne Weiler; his sister-in-law Emilie Weiler (late Harold); his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Weiler (Mary), Richard Weiler, Laura Re (Norman), Kathy Weiler and Arlyn Weiler (late Kevin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, John Weiler (Kelly), Joseph Weiler, Lauren Weiler, Patrick Weiler, Anthony Re (Carolina Ortiz Villabona), Nicolas Re, Phillip Re, Jay Weiler and Zac Weiler; and his godchildren, Patricia Kral, Richard Giese and David "Bobby" Loder.
