It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elroy Fitzgerald Jr. of McHenry, Illinois, born in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Patrick Fitzgerald, Sr. and Rose Mary Puccinelli. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Fitzgerald (Eden); his children, Eric James Fitzgerald (Katherine), Nicole Elizabeth Fitzgerald and Megan Katherine Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Charles, Adeline, Brooklyn, Bentley, Dayton, Xavier, Abel and Maverick; and his siblings, Debra Lechner (Edward), Linda Sanfilippo, Theresa Miller (Richard), Michelle Scannell and Jason Wilbrandt (Carrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
