She was predeceased by: her parents, Joann Pawelek (Ptak) and Frank Pawelek; and her brothers, Stanley, Joseph and Eugene Pawelek.
She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Grajek; her children, Kathleen Klages (Gary) of Harvard, IL, David Grajek (Heidi) of Zenda, WI and Jeffrey Grajek (Jenny) of Elgin, IL; and her grandchildren, Garrett, Katrina Mares (Gage), Justin, Jack, Benjamin and Michael.
Donations can be made in Mary Ann's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Young at Heart senior pet rescue, in Woodstock, IL.
