He was predeceased by: his wife Mary L. Borchek; and his parents, Michael J. Borchek and Joyce Borchek. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa A. Borchek and Michelle L. Lourenco; his grandchildren, Bianca, Eric and Colin; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Hudson and Meadow; and his sister Jacqueline A. Disch.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Services (415 S Buesching Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047).
