He was predeceased by: his parents, Roma Smidebush and Mayme Marie Smidebush (Modler); his wife Mary Ellen; and his brother-in-law Kevin Arnet. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Brian Arnet (Alice), Robert Arnet (Susan) and Vicky Cain (Brian).
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (3500 Washington St, McHenry, IL 60050).
