He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brownell; his children, Robert Jr. Brownell (Mary) and Kelly Sandberg (Dan); his grandchildren, Tracy Lekawa (Matt), Danielle Grossnickle (Jeffrey), Tim Brownell (Kelly) and Cole Sandberg (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Devon, Dominic, Darren and Donovan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
