She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel; her daughter Kellie Woloszyk; her siblings, Jerry and Charles Blankenship; and her parents, William Blankenship and Helen Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanine Chapman and Jason Chapman; her grandchildren, Brandi and Savana; and her sister Betty Marshall-Klein.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home (235 N Main St, Wauconda, IL 60084). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
