He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Jennifer Melendez (Dario), Brooke Van (Tim) of Kamp, Anthony Lada (Ellen) and Mark Lada (Julia Werderitch); his grandchildren, Chase, Layla, Keira, Otis, Arlo, Penelope and George; his mother Mary Lou Lada; and his brother Robert Lada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
