We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2024, at the age of 65, Billy Sampson of McLeansboro, Illinois, born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Leamuel Sampson; and his siblings, Tony Sampson, David Sampson and Peggy Sampson. He is survived by : his mother Elsie Mae Sampson (Pemberton) of Norris City, IL; his daughters, Maranda Dodgson of Carmi, IL and Ashley Elkins of Radford, VA; and his sisters, Debbie Dunn of Evansville, IN and Karen Laurie of Evansville, IN.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
