He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Millenbine and Ruby Millenbine (Thomas); his parents-in-law, Paul and Lena Ingram; his brothers-in-law, Rick Ingram and Carl Ingram; and his nephews, Nathan Ingram and Benjamin Ingram.
He is survived by : his wife Patsy Millenbine (Ingram) of McLeansboro; his sons, Gregory Millenbine of McLeansboro and Robert Millenbine of McLeansboro; his granddaughters, Brandi Rieken (Joe) and Amber Millenbine; his great grandchildren, Nyah Rieken, Nate Millenbine, Vada Rieken, Carter Rieken, Emmett Goostree and Archer; his siblings, Larry "Spud" Millenbine of McLeansboro and Sue Thomas (Vernice "Buddy") of Springerton, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Ingram of Carmi, IL, Connie McMahon (Gary) of McLeansboro, Pam Neff of McLeansboro, Jack Ingram (Dona) of McLeansboro, Darrell Ingram (Terry) of Springville, TN, Franklin Ingram (Linda) of Freelandville, IN and Benny Ingram of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
