We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Geraldine Swartz of McLeansboro, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Brown and Cleo Brown (Sexton); her husband Steve Swartz; her son-in-law Patrick Tharp; and her sister Pauline Flynn.
She is survived by : her children, Roger Swartz (Debra) of McLeansboro and Karen Swartz of McLeansboro; her granddaughters, Stephanie Lemke (Josh) of Dahlgren, Staci Haile (Joshua) of Belle Rive and Sherri Millenbine (Tim) of McLeansboro; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Lemke (Bailey), Gabrielle "Gabby" Lemke, Daniel Lemke of Abigail, Joel Lemke, Michelle Lemke, Natalie Lemke, Matthew Haile, Taylor Millenbine, Tristen Millenbine and Tessa Millenbine. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hungry Hearts, and will be accepted at the church, or at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro which is assisting the family with arrangements.
