Joseph Kim Eckleberry Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Kim Eckleberry of McLeansboro, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Jefferson Eckleberry; his son Nicholas Eckleberry; his brother Gary Eckleberry; and his grandmother Doris Orr. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Eckleberry (Orr); his daughters, Maria Eckleberry (Brian Strole), Jessie Millenbine and Hannah Eckleberry; his grandchildren, Aden, Bryar, Jasper, Jameson, Chase and Ashur; and his sisters, Bonnie Hutchison and Arlene Gunter (Jimmy Henson). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist with final expenses, and may be made to "Gholson Funeral Home".
