He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Garner. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Garner (Hollis); and his siblings, Glen Garner (Melinda), Chris Garner (Amy), Gary Garner and Cheryl Smith (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
