It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine L. Rogers of Mechanicsburg, Illinois, born in Dawson, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Kitchen and Ruth Kitchen (Abbott); her half-brother Kenny Kitchen; her husband Howard Rogers; and her close friend Linda Shutt.

She is survived by : her half-siblings, Tom Kitchen (Peg), Gary Kitchen (Diane) and Anita Kitchen; her close friends, Mike Sommer, Sandy Marshall (Greg), Lori Wells (Billy) and Melodee Daniels (Tom); and her nephew Daniel Kitchen.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
