He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arthur and Helen Evans Phillips; his wife Theo Brewer; his daughter Judy Gaylord; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Stacey; his sons-in-law, Darrol Gaylord and Cliff Trujillo; and his brothers, Jack, Jim, Jerry and Bobby Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Avery (Neal) of Media, IL, Vicky Trujillo of Colorado Springs, CO, Rita Phillips (Matt Brown) of Arlington, TX, Ronald Phillips (Yolanda) of Denver, CO and William Phillips (Kathy) of Springfieldd, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren.
