He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Christopher and Merle Christopher (Ruyle); his daughter Susan Denise Christopher; his granddaughter Courtney Craig (Christopher); his brothers, Vale Christopher, Neil Christopher and Alan Christopher; and his niece Sharon Hart Spurgeon.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Hansen (Margie); his grandchildren, Joe (Liz Christopher), Laurie (Derek Evans), Katelyn (Aaron Sage) and Cody (Julia Christopher); his great grandchildren, Colton, Emersyn, Cooper and Carson; his niece Shirley Wegner of Godfrey; and his nephew Mike Christopher of Gorham, IL.. He is also survived by his three children and their spouses.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Johns Catholic Church (203 N Main St, Medora, IL 62063). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to St Denis Catholic Cemetery in Shipman.
