He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bierman and Frances "Billie" Bierman (Garrison); his brother Donald Bierman; his siblings-in-law, Ray Eichen, Jack Alward, Dorothy Bierman and Margaret Bierman; and his nephew Gregory Bierman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Draper (Michael) of Beardstown, IL and Kathie Umphryes (Dillion) of Meredosia, IL; the mother of his children Debra Bierman of Elsah, IL; his grandchildren, Gabriela, Paisley, Kallie, Bellamie, Brenlie, Alexis and Andrew; and his siblings, Donella Eichen, Lolita Alward, Phillis Bierman, Joe "Butch" Bierman (Jane), Robert Bierman and Charlie Bierman (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Family Funeral Home (501 W Center St, Brighton, IL 62012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
