He was predeceased by : his parents, Forest H. Randolph and Maxine Randolph (Swan); and his brother Bobby Randolph. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Blake; his children, Mark Randolph (Lydia) of Lakewood, WA, Charlotte Straquadine of Medora and Stephen Randolph (Christina) of Sunset Hills, MO; his grandchildren, Erica Martinez (Matthew), Andrew and Catherine Randolph; his great grandchildren, Calleigh and Daniel Bunnell; his great great grandchild Jameson Bunnell; his brother Joey Randolph; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Hicks and Jeanne Schlicht. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
