He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bennett and Bertha Bennett (Prather). He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Bennett (LuAnn) of Shipman and Brian Bennett (Deb) of Brighton; his stepmother Betty Bennett of Medora; and his stepsiblings, Donna Scheffel (Kent) of Edwardsville, Mark Hellrung (Beth Fanning) of Kemper and Tim Hellrung (Rachel Woods) of Medora.
Memorials may be given to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Medora or the Medora Cemetery Association.
