He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic "Straw" DiFazio and Sue DiFazio; his brothers, Victor "Rocky" DiFazio (Peggy) and Frederick DiFazio; and his nephew Marc (Jen).
He is survived by: his grandson Dominic Lodato (Julia); his great grandchildren, Francesco and Giovanni Lodato; his sister Patti Sue Stolfe (James); his nieces and nephews, Brian (Cindy), Laura, Michael (Martha), Dominic (Ashley) and Trisha; his close friend Leo DiFazio; and his sister-in-law Joanne Alvarado.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (1101 23rd Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the O.N.I.A.C foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
